respecing hybrid or full pve help

Soo i was wanting pvp again(havent in while) while still pve too.
Max aim nox str dex int crit for sure. 2/5 sp. But if im hybrid with viel and packs which is better self heal or trama surgeon ?
Will i still do good in pvp with one or need both?

Thanks for that detailed insight safiras. Im aware of the dmg thing with pets thus i dont spec dmg. Im with u though on speccing max dmg or full dex. But ya i was trying to incorporate viel and packs into for efficient pve and pvp. I couldnt decide what to drop a point on tho lol. Maybe ill try that if u dont mind hehe.

I also tested dropping viel then had 3 leftover points which i put in speed. Couldnt tell much diff in speed tho. And i just didnt like it cus i love my veil lol. Elites didnt go as well or wasnt as fast without it. Anyhow thanks again ill try it :)
