Just hve seen this and wanted to ask if this is a bug or anything else?

Yes it's a bug. It was happening a lot before the update, I haven't seen it on new client yet.
I think it says "DEFAULT TEXTURE" or something like that. Also shows on some hammers.
Restarting the device sometimes helps but it will eventually come back.
What is your device?
