While having exp locked, you don't gain kill count. But when you die you gain death count. That isn't really fair? My suggestion is self-explanatory

How is it not fair... The ban on kills with xp turned off is to avoid people mass farming kills as twinks where it is easier. Deaths don't get you on the lb so it is only fair that you still receive them.
