stat points for rogue?

Hi all, cant seem to get a clear answer to this. I am a rogue. As far as skill points, should I put all my points into dex only and only increase str and int through gear? Or should I put like 4/6 points per level into dex and spread the orhers around? It seems people are saying to just put every point into dex but that doesnt seem right to me to leave str and int totally un-raised.

for pve,
go full dex attributes.
use dex/int gears and use rings and amulet that gives dex crit and dmg.
use potency weapons (costly) or tactic weapons will do too.

Use pets that gives dex and crit.
example : Horton, ribbit, mccraw, snowy, talon.

passives: Max out agility, knowledge, might and critical shot
P.S. dex and int raises your HP. so putting in str is useless unless u pvp.

Thanks for the reply! So just put every single point in dex no matter what, and the only way I would raise str or int is through gear? And I should mostly look for gear with dex/int?

Also how would I get one of those potency weapons? I have some platinum...

u can mostly raise str and int through pets and gears.
yes dex/int gears are recommended.

"potency " (there's also various types) is a suffix to indentity and nature of weapon.
example: shipmaster's bow of potency.

now different suffix of weapons has different stats.

potency denotes weapon having dex/int
brutality for dex/str
tactics for dex/int

potency has higher int and dmg or crit then tactic.

u can get them in auction. or u can farm locks and sell them to get weapons and gears.

at lvl41 u can farm elite maps to get elite gears.

Potency is a good description for weapons as many share that adjective (all weapons are "of <adjective>")

Many low level weapons are discontinued items since they were elite drop during their respective season or crate dropped for a limited time.
