...how exactly does the reputation system work? I jumped from 1 bar 3 bars in two thanks....is this a glitch or is there something i'm missing?

Many forums have reputation systems. If you're using the mobile app or Tapatalk, you're not able to see reputation.. You can only see reputation and reputation bars on a desktop version of this forum website.

I use google chrome on my phone and I can see the forums as the actual website.

Even on the mobile Google chrome, there is still a mobile version, you can chose to request the desktop version though. :D
You probably already know this, just trying to clarify for some people out there.
Oh yeah, I said that I would give reputation to you and get you to 4. :p

I think The Thanks Button gives 2 rep points. And every 100 points you get, you get another bar.
IDK about this fact but maybe the green thumbs up gives more? Idk.

thats only until you hit your 5th bar (the last dark green bar before the light green bars on website) after 5th bar, its 200 points to get every bar after that, for a maximum of 11
(Im 300 points away ^.^)
