Whats the best ring (500 k) lvl 41

As the title says im searching for the best ring in lvl 41 for a 500k budget (gave up saving for blood ruby), my preferences are str+intel+armor. Hope someone has a good suggestion (prices under 500k would be perfect to).

Yes it is a Level 36 Ring. Nothing is too old if it gets the job done.

Ornate band of assault is a good ring but Im not sure it has an armor bonus.

Winter Start ring of Warfare (str version) level 36 - adds 74 armor and can be bought for well under 100k

Night Ocean Ripple of Warfare (Str Version) with perfect gems, true it's a level 36 ring...but Blood Ruby is level 31 and it's still good.
(NORW is roughly 150k in cs, probably less).
