I was expecting lev 2 when I bought this, it gave me lvl1 maybe I'm losing it?
It's a glitch because the game does not intend for you to skip tutorial. Thus, the lowest level it recognizes on visual display is level two. However, if you go to purchase it, it'll give you an item that you can wear. :)
