You'll learn the game better without being power-leveled. Just read the through these forums and you'll learn plenty. You can also ask questions and you'll get responses.

Yes, but that's forced xp stop. How do you NOT level normally? I seemed to always be leveling... unless, of course, I stopped deliberately.

Going to the highest level cap area (ao3) and getting someone to kill everyone for you.
Powerleveling should only be used if someone got to 50 the legit way (going through all the maps till it's cap) and then created an alternate character for whatever purposes and need to get them to a certain level right away
