In the history of Rome, the Latin term civitas (plural civitates), according to Cicero in the time of the late Roman Republic, was the social body of the cives, or citizens, united by law (concilium coetusque hominum jure sociati). It is the law that binds them together, giving them responsibilities (munera) on the one hand and rights of citizenship on the other. The agreement (concilium) has a life of its own, creating a res publica or "public entity" (synonymous with civitas), into which individuals are born or accepted, and from which they die or are ejected. The civitas is not just the collective body of all the citizens, it is the contract binding them all together, because of which each is a civis.
<Civitas Ph> is a Filipino guild whose primary goal is to build a strong "family" bond among our members. Originally <Civitas Dei>. Founded in May 11, 2014 by in real life friends who are former members of another PH guild. Active in PvE, PvP, AP's and Leaderboards.

NO SCAMMING. We don't tolerate scamming.
NO SPAMMING / FLOODING
NO CAPS. Capslock are only used for announcement and is strictly for Guild leaders or Officers use only
NO PROFANITY. Based on the gravity, this may cause you to be taken out of the guild.
RESPECT MUST BE OBSERVED AT ALL TIMES. Never disrespect, mock or jeer any members of the guild.
WEAR YOUR GUILD TITLE AT ALL TIMES. Be proud. Wear it loud.
IN PVP ...
NO GANGING. Always wait for the opposite team to regroup.
NO THRASH TALKING. Not unless you want to be ban.
NEVER ATTACK A GUILDMATE. Unless of course both parties agreed to do so.
DON'T JOIN OTHER GUILD's WAR. Remember we are a neutral guild. Leave if you are blocking the spot.
