Yup never it is. I loved Free respec. I went from pally to int to pure dex and back lol. So much fun!

When I just started bird a year ago, I went from full Fury Fighter warbird back to pure dex Drainer/Raid (51 was my first level range for bird). I also respec'd my skills like 3 times a day, it was great.
