what's new in AL?

Been away from arlor for quite some time.. I logged in yesterday and i saw a rogue with 735 dps equipped with lvl 41 bow(take note he only has crawly as his pet)..my mythic helm has +15 dex and mythic armor has +18 dex..i compared it to that guy's toon and it seems i still have a better set. So question is are there any new rings in arlor that give out OP dmg?

As the people above me have mentioned, the Arcane Ring.. It is formed from a Shard which can be looted from Locked Grand Crates of the Watch, a Recipe which can be bought for 5k from the Dragkin Teeth vendor Kaden in Expedition Camp, and a Dragonite Bar which can also be bought from the Kaden or in auction. Other new things added to Arcane Legends (Which depends on how log you have been gone) are pets, expansions, events, and vanities.

Figured out what it was..Dmg boost now reflects on stats. Finally..
