Hey guys. I know many of you don't care too much about regen rates, but here's a small guide to show you where your base stats will affect your regen rates. This means no armor bonuses, no weapon, basically a naked toon.
I also did this because it was the easiest way to explain variables to my little brother:cool:

formula for H/s:
(50x str) + 13 str = (1x H/s) + 1 H/s --> x= Multiple of

example for H/s:
•1 H/s - 13 str
•2 H/s - 63 str -----> x=1
•3 H/s - 113 str -----> x=2
•4 H/s - 163 str -----> x=3
•5 H/s - 213 str -----> x=4

formula for M/s (similar but not exact)
(50x int) + 11 int = (1x M/s) + 1 M/s --> x= Multiple of

example for M/s:
•1 M/s - 11 int -----> x=1
•2 M/s - 60 int* -----> x=2
•3 M/s - 111 int -----> x=3
•4 M/s - 161 int -----> x=4
•5 M/s - 211 int -----> x=5

*for some reason you get 2 M/s at 60 int, not 61 int. No explanation there

Hope this helps some of you looking for the extra edge. Consider gear str and int bonuses when trying to reach new regen counts.

example: rift set gives a total of 44 bonus str. that's almost one whole H/s added
•163 base str ---> 4 H/s
•equip rift set ---> 163+44 = 207 str ---> 4 H/s + rift bonus (8 H/s) = 12 H/s
•add 6 base str -> 207+6 = 213 str ---> 5 H/s + rift bonus (8 H/s) = 13 H/s
