I don't think it came last year :( I saw it in 2012 and didn't have enough plat for it, so last year I tried to get it but never saw it. I may be wrong, but I know I checked last year on the 4th

Pa's memorial hat was for Memorial day not Independence Day. Loved it cuz it dealt 2x damage or something.

Since the deal of the day schedule is changed, I don't think they pop up in the deal of the day anymore. (It is the deal of day schedule from Christmas)
I'm also waiting for the blue balloon , orange balloon, and the parrot vanity

I may be wrong because I've only seen red white and green during Xmas
