I as thinking of making a lv 30 Twink but I notice that once I hit lv 27, the available PvP games drop down significantly. Are there simply a lack of lv 30 pvpers?

Mm I do a lot of pvp around there. 35 is the new 30 :)

Depends on the time you play. 8am - 5pm est can be a bit slow during the week.

35 Is the way to go, I usually see a game or two going, especially with the upcoming 35 PVP tournie.
