What percentage of %hit do you need so that you'll never miss? Things still seem to be dodged and missed at %100. Thanks in advance.

Things will still be dodged at 100 percent hit, I recommend a hit percent of 115 or above though, so if your hit percent chance get's debuffed... You are still over 100 percent hit or close to it.

100% = Never miss.

115 % = less chance of opponent dodging, more chance the hit will be critical (Crit raises with hit%) and more likely to hit higher on armor.

lol um they are still pretty beast now :D. Me nd King were testing in PvP, a bird can kill a mage in 2 hits with a mega blaster... 4 unbuffed
