Yeah, the helmet is called Glorious Helmet of Force and the armor is Exalted Plate of Stability.

Its the warrior founders, there is a red version and golden (tan) version. The color is determined by name and level.

Their are various names for the gear. I can only remember "Crusader's," "Exhaulted," and "Glorious" variations off the top of my head. The red version is the more valuable.

Nope. Check out the map pic you can see the dots at the bottom similar to the mini map page.
