New and Old Mythic Weapons: Proc Comparison

Pretty straight toward here, guys. If you happen to have lucky used both the level 31 mythic weapons and the level 41 mythic weapons, please post which version had, at its respective level cap, the better proc in your opinion.

I have not yet seen the proc of the new mythic gun, but if it's like the Herond's root, I believe it will be much better than the Runic Gun.

Stun proc on damage from Pavise but I've yet to try the new Mythics

The stats are less than impressive on the gear. I am wondering if the procs make up for that.
