Could someone explain to me in detail what the recipe's for the leprechaun and jack hallow pendants are for? Can we actually make the item? And whar doea it mean to craft an Elondrin crate from a lock crate? I just don't understand.

U need a recipe u buy with elondorian tokens. Cost is 75 tokens.
Then u need 3 elondorian essence. These can be found in any map in arlor. Drop rate has been low for me for the most part.
U need (EDIT:) 3 locked crates. Go to crafting station, choose the craft recipe and follow instructions to craft. Believe time is 4 hours.
No clue on the other question.

You need lepre or jack pendant to make "new" pendant and some essences.
Elondrian locked crates are crafted using 3 locked crates and some elondrian essences. They have double odds for the new lvl 41 mythic weapons.
