Accidentally Solo fought Helena?

I buy energy elixirs, and enter the event map through portal of Elondrian Outpost as always.
But why the portal has been closed while I even didn't go to the mobs, I wait until another players come and no one come..
Please fix this, I fought alone the Helena, can't win.
For your information,
My mage lvl 41 full mythic with gemmed, HP 3.5k with pet abbadon armor 1.1k..
Died in a purple single shot arrow from Helena? is this Helena to OP?

I mean, how can this happened?
Fix this so its not happened to another players, especially to another low lvl.
You can win alone but with how many death and must be use plat to prevent any trap or poison, isn't it?

I need explanataion why I'm alone enter this map, and I'm not in solo party.
No offense, please give your explanation..
The energy elixirs not cheap and I found Helena, so I need explanation why this is happened..

I soloed all bosses from #0 tier till when i reached 900 points from gold tier.
I had no plats so i could not revive in spot, everytime i died i had to start from square 1.

All her shots are weak and you can pot through them except the charge shot plus liana combo. Those ones you have to dodge them for all the time you fight her. Stay close to her if you bought 10 plat root immunity. Stay right on her if you couldnt buy the 10 plat root immunity just like me, it wont be easy but If i did it you can do it too.

I'm a lvl 19 Warrior using Ribbit/Snaggletooth, random gear, i have no problem soloing her, i must've solo'f her about 4 times already, my skills help me but i do have to use some pots, but she came no where near dropping my hp below 40%.

She is easier at low levels. Soloed her at level 7.

She's just super boring at lv16 but the original post is about lv41 if you don't realize.

I soloed helena on my lvl 16 rogue using the starter turtle

I got stuck fighting her solo with my level 6 sorcerer twink. After dying about 10 times, I tried a new strategy and it worked, but took around 10 minutes to win. I just kited her around the map in circles and shot at her with long range fireballs while my pet did most of the damage. It took around 50 health potions to keep from dying, but at that distance she could not one shot me.

Soloed easily with my level 15 mage (it's not a twink). She's definitely tougher at higher levels. Many players just waste energy and leave the map if Helena is there.

because my friend said that a warrior with arcane weapon and singe pet, died too..
with shield yes it will make me survive, but when trapped in root, then Helena do that purple arrow again, BOOM!! X_X end of the match

Please nerf her STS. I'm sick of having to waste a 17K Energy Token just because people can't be bothered to spend 10 minutes fighting her.

I soloed her at lvl41 Mage mythic 3.8k hp, she was hard but i did it just try to avoid her mortal attack as much as u can and i think u will do it, dont keep much closer

I solo her on lvl 8 rogue... 6 shots shes dead. Lol. Rather fight Ursoth... he is worth more points!

Find a party before you entered the portal.

At low lvls, she is incredibly weak if you have Tarlok gear on, and fighting her at your own lvl (not 6 lvls higher).
If you fight her solo at a low lvl, she isn't too bad when wearing epics and weak legendaries. But you got screwed by fighting her at a much higher lvl than yourself. She was about 1.5x your lvl!
