Maybe forming a party before you enter the portal will help you with your troubles. You also have to remember that Helena is the third boss before Ursoth for a reason, it is not supposed to be simple to defeat her.

Oddly I had no problem with her on solo 15 rogue, with the fight lasting about 1 minute. Level 41 is a totally different story though.

Took me over 20 mins with a full party because she hits so hard sometimes that my teammates would run away from her too far and then she'd full heal. :\

Adapt. I don't want to see a nerf in her damage but maybe lessening the total HP to scale better from previous bosses would be a good idea. Takes five minutes tops if you know the strategy.

My lvl 15 rogue and mage drop her in under a minute. Haven't found on my lvl 15 warrior just yet.


At lvl 41, full group...her HP is a bit annoying. She's not hard...just takes a bit of time--especially if you play a pug game and have two weak warriors there. :/

1) its hard to invite someone party no one accept party.

2) when i frst encounter we are 4 mages (two mythcs/ two pinks.) we take 11 min to kill her.

3) its annoyng when we hv to left zone .(loss of tokens and points.)

4) we hv to stop or lessen the addiction. So i not play ths game more than 2-3 hrs a day (during event).
Perfect solution to this problem:

On frst encounter make her hard. And then if we kill hr.
Then frm next time its name changes to "defeated helena"
and make it easy to kill. :-)

Built for a party? Even with a party of low levels, we have a DISGUSTING hard time with her. Her LIFE is over-the-top, you guys need to LOWER it ASAP!

I don't know why STS developers think we are all 'robots' and just because the developers are 'hardcore' gamers does not mean we are. They need to have 'casual' players test their work and the difficulty levels because they are the ones actually 'paying' for your game.

Ibig, find some active guild, you can make party in that guild as soon as possible ;)
And also, dont forget to invite strong warrior and tanky, your party will be fine after you invite strong warrior :)

OH! You dont have a plan about how to kill Helena? Now thats the problem you need to solve, not the party, the problem is the STRATEGY.
If you dont have strategy about how to kill Helena, much longer time to kill Her, if you have strategy about how to kill Helena, more faster to kill her.
Example: You invite all of your mates and start entering the portal, once we clear the mobs, there is Helena, now, what is the strategy ?
Now, whats the point for wasting your energy?
Sound like u want STS lower it the hp but you just entering the portal and kill helena once STS lower it, remember, this is the 3rd boss in event map boss, not easy boss like Herond and Europhex.

Unless the other people in your party is a tank with less health than you, and a mage that attacks boss, not vines...

Yes, it is very easy to solo with rogue, try with warrior and mage.

Seeing now +80 dmg with the new mythic bow, I feel like this event is full for rogues.

Yeah on my 32 warrior account, I spent 30 min no success with a group of 30-35 warrior and noob rogue. I just gave up and afk after I died, waited till everyone left and soloed her in 3 min lol. I may solo all event portals starting now.

Update: found her twice with lvl 15 warrior now.
First, I used Deary and ONLY had two moves--Windmill and Vengeful Blood--7 skill points unused. Result? Killed her easily (wasn't as quick as my rogue, of course--took maybe 5 minutes--but it was a very easy to fight battle). Used 11 health potions, I think.
Second time, I used my remaining skill points (picked up HOR, for when I find Ursoft, and Chest Splitter (best single target move a warrior has), and remainder went to str passive) and switched to Guapo. Fight was just as easy--just quicker (had to use some mana potions, as spamming CS was mana hungry)--and Guapo's -10% target defense likely helped a good bit.

In all honesty, Helena can be solo'd by a low lvl warrior in all epic gear, a 2k gold crate weapon, and a starter pet. It'll just be a little slow.

My gear was a cheap crate weapon, tarlok helm of versa, tarlok armor of defense, winter star ring, and tarlok amulet of fitness (has NO +damage).

Conclusion: Helena is no issue for low lvls.

yep. Helena is easy boss at low lvl 10-16.
I use Druid of will set. and a dev maul of potency. and I use prance
but I use hammer instead of Wm.
and her one hit arrow is so pityful. It takes only 15-20% of my HP. LOL.

my HP is 3.2k and armour is 800.
and dmg is 96.

I'm a fully level 26 geared with Mythic and Hooks, I have a easy plan to beat her and i can say that Helena is pretty easy soloing...

I beat her in around 2:10 minutes.

Agreed. She takes forever to die as a warrior trying to solo her. When I draw her it seems like everyone quits. Makes a really fun event really frustrating. Spent some plat on energy and end up not even getting to kill her unless I spend a lot pots.
