Charged normal attack will add debuff on enemies (up to 3), last for 5 sec. Within that period of time, once enemies attack you, you will gain small amount of MP, enemies will receive huge damage reflection from you.
Note: charging time of normal attack on Bulwark is longer than other weapons.

==============================

The Elondrian spirit proc has 10 sec duration on ONE toon.
The shield doesn't protect your from all incoming damages, instead, it grants you armor buff.

First 5 sec with visual effect, it gives you 20 primary stat plus 260 armor (10% armor of a warrior) and heals you.
Next 5 sec without visual effect , it only heals you.

After first 5 sec duration, the spirit will move to the closest ally to you; you will still receive heal effect during the next 5 sec.
If all party members are around you, four of you will get protected by Elondrian spirit.

The heal effect depends on your stat, hence you will receive more with pets on.
On lv41 warrior, it heals you 250-280HP per second without pet; 300-330HP per second with Abaddon.

Witout pet:
94768

With Abaddon:
94769

Every time you charge it or is it a special proc that only triggers with charged attacks.

How much is the damage reflection?

PS: sounds like the heal correlates to damage. Test with VB if you can please.

Hmm talked to a few users and it seems like they all like the old pavise proc more with the lightening stun!
