When i was fighting boss specially ursoth the special boss i always dc so im not able to get the reward and the tokens. Im an IOS player so i dont think my internet connection is not mu problem bevause it is stable.

Dunno mate, I don't see widespread complaining. If it was the game client or game server, trust us, the forums would be on fire.
Have you tried playing on a different internet connection or with a different device (or both)?

It happens to my twink rogue once when ursoth is almost dead. Really depressed, waste one energy, and no token.
