Captive Shadows quest

is Captive Audience the only place to do the Captive Shadows quest (defeat 25 shadows imprisoned by the aliens)? Just wondering if one of the portals in the victory lap was for this as well.

Also if anyone has any tips for this quest please chime in. thanks!
