Scammer is annoying me

The dude who scammed my napalm is annoying me with his alt, like saying i can't do nothing, SL don't wanna do him nothing, saying he wont give back it and saying reports don't wanna change anything, he creates alts for do that, im getting angry i report him all i can but he stills annoying me.

Smh I can't stand people like that, listen what one person sees as bad or good can be seen as the opposite by another and vice-versa, And then you have manipulative ones who will try to mess with your mind and get what they want if you let it happen, I don't understand how your letting things like this happen, he's obviously a ... For better use of a word a "bad person" don't listen to anything he says he's hust trying to run you dry and use you like a gold mine
