Accidental purchase of tokens! PLEASE READ!!!!

Well, I was on my rogue character Jumpscare to see what i can get in the token vendor. But I saw that I accidentally purchased 50 tokens for 25 platinum that I am saving for event locks. Can I get my platinum back? I mailed Support but they won`t answer.

Im also curious because of lag server i accidentally bought 2 items... but not in paltinium but in tokens instead...it is the jack hellows glacial recipe and the health gem :(

If you go to Options,
Game Options 1 tab,
And check the box Confirm Platinum Purchases,
That would save a lot of accidental purchase in the future.
