So as everyone knows all promo codes are for lvl 1 weapons and also quite old already, so is sts still planning to release new promo codes once?

They aren't meant to actually be used as weapons, they are just vanity weapons

The promo codes are for level 1 weapons usually used for appearances.

its useful at lvl1-3
go to lvl3 war or rogue or mage and fight ursoth.

Promocodes lvl1 items for a basic level only.
You can use those items from promocode as a Vanity :)
