Is a Dex Mage any good in pvp?

Hi I was wondering if a Dex enchantress with wraith armor an overlords helm of void would be any good. I have a pally but she doesn't have rift and rift is ridiculous expensive. Thanks :)

Acctullay I'm a lvl 30 dex Mage and I think there very good in pvp but I haven't really tried lvl 50 Dex mage
