Dex Bear Build

I am requesting a Dex Bear build. As of now, he is Level 22 using Talon+Shield. He is all Dex with a tiny bit in Str for a slight HP boost and Int for slight Mana boost,

So I would appreciate a skill build, stats, and definately preferable weapon choice.
