Have you ever looted an elondrian locked? I've rerolled it today from ursoth! It's like a locked but green

Fire the ursoth boss never drops normal locks. If your drop was epic, on re rolling you get either elondrian locked or lil bear.

Actually, no. The system here isn't the same to PL, where re-rolled item has strictly 1 tier higher (rare -> epic, epic -> legendary). When re-roll happens in AL, 2 items are randomly picked from loot table and better one is dropped from the boss.

Talking by the topic, I guess that only Ursoth drops spirit chests, elondrian lockeds and little bears, other bosses drop entangled chests, plain lockeds and no eggs, isn't it?
