Guild Notice Board (really we need it)

Make a notice board for guilds only master officer and recs can write there and all members can see.
Some guilds 100 some guilds 2500 member have. We cant online all in same time.
idk pve guilds but pvp guilds officers need leave note to all members sometimes.
İf we can get a notice board in guild hall we can leave notes there for all members.

I think a motd( message of the day) that only the master can update will suffice.

Cuz pve guilds killing boss farmiing maps pvp guilds need info for all allys who enemys who for example :)

So basically a list of people to gang or block, adding more drama to pvp. Just what the game doesn't need. I support this as a guild management tool, but not if it would be used in this manner.

any tool can be used incorrectly and for reasons which is not why it was created for , but after all we still can post the "blacklisted" people in pvp on the guild threads .
