When Posting Images on This Forum.... Why Aren't my Posts Showing Up?

Hi everyone,

If you have been noticing that your post(s) aren't appearing and say that they must be approved by a moderator, please be patient and don't post the same thing again. I or one of the other mods will approve it as soon as possible! :)

A few of you have been posting the same thing multiple times (i.e.: for the Double Trouble contest going on right now) and it kind of clogs up the mod center because we have to manually approve each post. When people start posting 2, 3 or more of the same thing, it can take a while to get through them all! :(

We have this system set in place to help stop spam bots from terrorizing the forum but unfortunately new users (who are indeed real people) get caught up by the system. After about 15 posts though you should no longer have any problems posting images etc. If you have any questions feel free to send me a PM! :frog:

Hello Svartcharim!

New user posts are put into moderation for a while to prevent people from making new accounts and spamming. No worries, your posts will not always go to moderation - with time and a number of posts, it won't happen nearly as often.

When you finished finding the source of your picture, click "Upload files(s)" (note, it can upload only one image per time)

can you put a screenshot of the warning, whenever a post needs a moderation?

last time, my post was suddenly gone, after i edited it, i failed to see the warning, and the surprise of needing moderation even though you only add few lines of words is very sudden (lines of words, not a image).
