Ok before we start. Yes I am a relatively ok 17 and I should know this but I need some clarification. Is 6 rage 6 stomp 1 super mega slash 1 crippling slash 1 vengeful slash 1 iron blood a viable and good build for 17 bears? Because ive used it for 7.8k kills now and it works solidly. Yet I have some people saying 3-4 ib is better even though I've beaten some of them. So can someone shed some light??

any build with 5 stomp is fine. Ib isn't as useful as it once was, and those who stack ib will have relatively low damage from stomp, leaving them vulnerable to anyone who doesn't try to auto them to death. Your build is probably the most versatile, as you can stomp sms and run out their auto damage advantage from ib, while still having an advantage over level 15s who try to use the same strategy vs urself. Although I do recommend 2 ib and 5 stomp. Both work fine.

But then you're vulnerable to the people with 5 stomp because if they know ranges they'll always stomp before you. I'd rather do 4 ib and 5 stomp.

um, 3 stomp and 5 stomp have the same range programmed. They're both 8m.

He means that he take the extra arm if both players are skilled and know ranges
Also he is taking in consideration of the connection differences so if the other bear knows his range and stomps you first, you can somewhat tank the hit and hope your connection is in heck for the next stomp

idk how you're assuming all those things from "if they know their ranges they will stomp before you." that seems fairly concrete. although what you're saying is true.

anyway, i'd definitely go with lower ib these days.

Yes but doesn't 5 stomp still hit from farther away, even though it says 8m? That's what I always heard. Maybe its just the extra knockback making it seem like its more, idk.

No, 3 and 5 stomp have the same range. Maybe some people lag when they make that observation. Idk.
