so to get prefect gems (+6) on an item, i have to keep replacing the old ones with new ones until it gets to perfect? or can i spend plat to get perfect gem instantly?

You have to keep replacing your gems and hope that you're lucky enough for a Grand. There is no such thing as paying platinum to obtain a Grand gem. Best of luck with upgrading your items.

U can only use plat to skip the waiting time so u can regem quicker.

Using Plat to speed up gemming is simply a waist of platinum! Ive seen many posts and watched people rage in game about this all to often! Ive heard up to 500 plat spent w/o a single grand gem! This is definatly something STS should improve.
