I've heard some mixed answers regarding this item. Some say it's one of the rarest drops, others say it's not that rare. Just thought I'd make a post here on forums and try and get a better feel for the rareness and value of this item. Thanks!

I don't know about the value, but I picked one up on on drop at one point, sold it off for a decent price, then found out later how 'rare' it was, oops.
