I asked and Remiem confirmed it should be in there in loot table similar to normal locked but as most of you know... this is extremely rare. And really we want it that way or everyone would have one... js.

I believe that the Elondrian Crates have the same loot table as normal crates however in addition drop the new MYTHIC weapons and do not drop the MYTHIC armor sets.

Rings and amulets ARE included. :) Which is why they have hit even lower prices as of late.
