What is the best ring for Rogue level 41 ?

Apart from the arcane ring, what ring out there is best for a rogue level 41 ? Please state the reason why you rate that ring highly, thank you.

Archon dex type for pve, and mythic ring for pvp

Blood ruby ftw. It helps in tindrin elite, where u need hp to survive. In pvp blood ruby too, but in non elite dungeons I prefer archon potency.

Mythic ring wins hands down - It gives a hefty health boost which keeps u alive from some, but not all 1 hits in tindirin elite and pvp. Also the mana boost it provides is a must for pvp and helpful in pve if u want to avoid spamming 200+ mana pots per elite.
