it looks like some cool wolf pet (cooler than nightshade)
is it gonna be released later? or..?

It is an NPC pet, essentially similar to Ulfang.

That's one of the only two pets that we have seen but can't use. The other one is a gray-colored frog next to the Beastmaster, in Stronghold again.
