Yes it is a rumor. It started as my suggestion for the last event and I hate getting PMs about where I got the information. It was also supposed to be traditional Japanese, not Chinese but whatever. After the third "Where did you here about the Chinese expansion" PM I gave up on correcting people.

It was a suggestion/good not a guarantee. STG will make any expansion they want and I have zero control over it.
