Doc's timeline has all the history you could want on the subject. However, we've already waited longer than any other previous update to PL, so trying to extrapolate from past wait times won't apply to the current situation. Also, they came right out and told us they have nothing in the works, which means the wait time is infinity unless/until they start working on something.
