How much gold would be enough to be ready for the new cap? I havent experienced that before because i was too lazy to lvl or i wasnt playing at that time.. Anyways how had u guys prepared urself for 66-71-76 caps?

Farm the new content if you can and sell it immediately. It's highest price will be upon first release. Then buy again later when it's cheaper or just farm another set.
