no i dont mean it like that, im justbsaying that they said there wasnt going to be a new cap then boom theres a new cap and now im just confused tbh

They said they didn't see one on the horizon, and that was in 2013. This isn't even really a cap, its an eco-friendly cap I guess (meaning recycled ;))
