I just want to make it clear, will this Elondrian locked will still drop the mythic Elondrian weapon and still has 2x chance mythic after the event or will not be useable?

Still drop like you said, after the event end, you can't craft Elondrian locked, only who craft Elondrian locked before the event end can be exist.

Why sell it? The recipe will stay in ur inventory, next ursoth assault event you are able to use it again.
