Original Founder with newbie question - Ring sets

Played since day 1 but have a real newbie question. How can I get 2/3 ring sets? I am not totally clear what items I need and where to go to get the ring. I understand you need some vanity items, the only ones I have from the old times are Legends Halo, Frozen crown of gratitude, and the centurion set, oh and the omnicent set (spelling?) any advice appreciated as to how and if I can get it.
