How do I get this plat? It has said pending for hours now (this plat is from the bonus offers).

1) Scroll to the bottom of all available offers
2) press 'FAQ'
3) the 3-4 one once you click on it tells you what to do with missing plat that wasn't granted
4) Email them with the link provided on the FAQs saying I didnt receive the plat they will look into your case and usually respond within 1-3 days

This is what i do.
