Fail add pic on forum

Hey, im trying post my daily contest but no menu to add pic, i tried all day long.
How to fix this please ?

is this on Website or tapatalk or STS mobile app?

I know how to add pictures via website and mobile app..if its Tapatalk, I can't help...I'm not familiar with that app

Finally i can added pic in attachment via tapatalk last night..But, i just checked by web, add pic menu still not appear today :(

If, for some reason, the little gray window pop-up doesn't appear, you can add the picture by uploading it somewhere else on the internet and then manually typing the image tags.

Link to the image I want to upload on forums: http://i.imgur.com/fgzkxIA.png
This would be what I'd type, bolded out the image tags to be noticeable: xxx
Replacing xxx with the link to picture would give:

http://i.imgur.com/fgzkxIA.png
