I've quite enjoyed farming for those, as title says any chance that these essence can be farmed after Ursoths defeat?

Yah, its like frozen chest.
Even elon locked will be ordinary lock. IMO

You won't be able to farm Elondrian/Energy essences after the Ursoth's Assault event is over. However, you will be able to keep your Energy kits to use in the next event.

Elondrian lockeds will remain after the event.
They will remain the exact same after the event as they do now, and will not benefit from any future "bonuses". Basically, your chances of getting these event specific items from these crates are the same now, as they will be in 7 months if there are any left to open
