Using PicsArt editor? Try Orton overlaying Orton or Hydra 2 if you use the sharpen modification, or reduce the color fade (advanced options) the defual is 87%, 30-40% Is plenty IMO. I prefer Orton for the focus on cool colors (see below) but you may want to play around with layering FXs instead of only using one.

Both Orton and Hydra 2 sharpen borders but will cause ebluring if used together or repeatedly. They are usually the last touch ups I do.
