Little bear gives 80 armour and 10% more armour on arcane ability :3 better than abba.. No its the highest limit imo
Edit: Oh I got what you said. Lol I'm waiting for abbadon to comeback. Don't have it atm ;(

Gems aren't of any value to armor. They use, bulwark, living or ancient helm and armor, archon ring, wilds amulet.
