They will vary depending on gear and pet. There is no answer to your question.

^This.

However, I would suggest passive damage over Int and Dex if you don't use pets with a percent based damage buff in the happiness bonus (like Slag, Grimm, Dovabear, etc.)

I suggest Dex and Int over dmg (0 point in dmg preferably) because in PvE you stand in rogue´s Veil and passive dmg is useless in this state

I typically run with one rogue, and at the moment, I can't rely on every rogue to have veil (even though they all should).

some good warrior pets doesn't giv dmg.bonus like ribbit, prance, little bear, valkin, malison, snaggletooth,
so dmg% will be good.

#2 will be good if u dnt hav pets giving dmg% happiness bonus.
or u can just go might, durable and dex or int.

I have 5/5 Dex,int, str, durable and one on critical. I use Grimm quite a lot, and seeing that he has a 12% dmg bonus the dmg bonus passive for me is thus useless.

Most tanks should use passive damage for this reason.

My top 5 that i rotate are HJ, Samael, Dovabear, Slag, and Grimm (all have +10% or more damage) so I don't use passive damage.

Passive dmg with druid of will set and elondrian jewels (250 dmg +-) add 12 dmg which isnt very useful

Passive damage should only be used by players who don't use pets with a happiness bonus of a percent based damage buff.

I suggest passive damage over passive DeX if your pets are along the lines of Prance, littlebear, Koko, ribbit, etc

The passive damage wont't stack only if u use pet with dmg?. Or is it applied to skills too. I.e VB?

Any percentage damage buff. VB overrides all since it is the highest damage percent buff in game.

Elixirs will also override percentage buffs.

as what @crowsfoot said...
damage passive gets cancelled out when ur pet has over 5% damage passive stat-confirmed by dev, and i have tested from before

so my suggestion is , if u dont use a pet with any damage passives in his stat then i would recommended damage passives over int or dex
- however having agil / int is good, some might max out crit passive in pvp rather than int passives based on their build .. if +75 hp and +25 int rarely benefit them

@inkredible OP asking about pve build, not pvp
