No plat from apps

What do I do? Apps won't give me plat

1) Scroll to the bottom of all available offers
2) press 'FAQ'
3) the 3-4 one once you click on it tells you what to do with missing plat that wasn't granted
4) Email them with the link provided on the FAQs saying I didnt receive the plat they will look into your case and usually respond within 1-3 days

This is what i do.

Contact customer service at the bottom or clicking the 'how long does it take to receive a response from customer service'

Everyones had this issue every since they switched from Tapjoy (R.I.P Tapjoy) to nativeX. the only solution is what sneaky said and just message NativeX support and after 3-7days you should get your plat rewarded.

It takes longer now due to busy offers lol.

NativeX is horrible for offers... and android doesnt support tapjoy like apple..... i got never even single plat offers :c

Clearly you haven't used trialplay, honestly nativex is good compared to trialplay

Yup,

Just went from 562 plat to 810 for Cap :)
